Few employers have made attempts at HIV/AIDS education and its workplace relationship. HIV/AIDS intertwines with the requirements of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. This chapter discusses these factors and what is true and not true about this illness.
